The nose of the 2021 offers sea salt, perfumed peat, dark fruit, leather, oak vanilla, and spices that unfold in layers over minutes. On the palate, the texture is sumptuous and balanced, with the depth that only three decades in a cask can provide. The finish is very long, persistently saline and spicy.
