At The Rare Cask we work with high-value products of a singular nature. Our returns policy is designed to protect both the buyer and the integrity of each reference.
Returns period
30 days from receipt of the order to request a return.
Product condition
The bottle must be in the same condition as received: unopened, with intact capsule and original packaging.
Refund
Once the return has been inspected and approved, refunds are processed within 10 working days to the original payment method.
EU right of withdrawal
For orders within the EU, a 14-day cooling-off period applies with no justification required.
Returns process
1. Prior contact required
Before sending any return, you must contact us at info@therarecask.com with your order number and reason for return. Returns will not be accepted without prior authorisation.
2. Shipping instructions
Once the return is approved, you will receive a shipping label and instructions for the safe return of the product to our address in Spain:

3. Inspection and resolution
You will receive confirmation once we have inspected the product. If more than 15 working days have passed since approval without receiving your refund, please contact us at info@therarecask.com
Exceptions
Returns are not accepted for opened bottles, bottles with damaged capsules or products in a different condition from that received. Returns of items purchased on sale or via gift card are also not accepted.
For references acquired under special order or specific agreed conditions, return terms will be established individually at the time of the transaction.

Shipping damage
If your order arrives damaged or with any incident, contact us immediately at info@therarecask.com with photographs of both the packaging and the product. We will manage the incident at no cost to the buyer.
For transactions of significant value, we recommend contacting us directly before purchase to agree the specific terms of the transaction.
