Discretion

"In the fine spirits and wine market, discretion is not an added value — it is a condition."

Those who acquire bottles of significant value expect, quite rightly, that this information remains within the strictly private sphere of the transaction. At The Rare Cask we operate with an absolute confidentiality policy. Our clients' data — their acquisitions, preferences and collecting interests — are not shared with third parties, are not used for commercial purposes beyond the direct client relationship, and do not form part of any mass communication system without explicit consent.

This discretion extends to every aspect of our operation: neutral packaging that does not identify the contents, billing adapted to each client's needs, and the management of purchase and sale transactions between parties without public exposure of either side.

Over more than twenty years in the sector we have managed transactions of considerable financial and personal sensitivity for private and institutional clients. It is not something we need to announce frequently — precisely because it is part of our natural way of operating.
