Authenticity and product

How do you verify the authenticity of bottles?
We work exclusively with thoroughly trusted suppliers — importers, distributors and specialist houses with whom we maintain long-standing relationships. For references of particular value or age, we carry out additional physical verification: capsules, labels, fill levels and provenance documentation. Every bottle in our catalogue has complete traceability from its origin.
Can I buy for investment purposes?
Yes. A significant part of our clientele acquires bottles as an investment asset. Our catalogue is oriented precisely towards references with appreciation potential — legendary distilleries, iconic vintages and limited editions of low availability. Shipping and custody

How is the shipment of a high-value bottle managed?
Each bottle is individually packaged in reinforced boxes with insulating and impact-absorbing material, designed specifically for high-value spirits. The outer packaging is neutral — with no identification of the contents or value. We work with specialist logistics partners and every shipment includes a real-time tracking number. For references of exceptional value, we manage specific shipping conditions on request.
How is the custody and storage of bottles guaranteed?
We operate bonded warehouses in Spain and the United Kingdom under duty suspension, with transport managed by first-class logistics partners. We are registered in the REDEF (Spanish Registry of Fiscal Deposit Extractors for products within the objective scope of taxes on alcohol and derived beverages), which guarantees the highest level of control, traceability and regulatory compliance in the custody of our inventory.

Purchase and payment

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept the standard payment methods available during the checkout process. For transactions of significant value, we also handle bank transfers. If you have specific requirements regarding payment, please contact us before placing your order.
Do you have a wholesale catalogue?

Can I sell a bottle through you?
In certain cases we manage purchase and sale transactions between parties for references of value. If you have a bottle you wish to sell, contact us with the details of the reference and we will consider your case with complete discretion.

Returns

How does the returns policy work?
We offer a 30-day returns period from receipt of the order. The bottle must be in the same condition as received — unopened, with intact capsule and original packaging. All returns require prior contact with us. For orders within the EU, a 14-day cooling-off period also applies. Please consult our full returns policy for further detail.
